預約確認、更改及取消：

1. 預約確認函：預約後請記得查收預約確認電郵，並準時報到，逾時視同取消。
2. 更改時間或取消預約：請於預約時間前一天，點選預約確認函下方之「更改預約時間」、「取消預約」選項進行修改。
3. 如預約當天臨時有事，請務必致電本處總機604-689-4111取消預約，否則將註記失約乙次，將影響您日後預約權利。
4. 預約未到次數達2次以上者，本處將註銷半年內預約權利。
5. 護照更新申請不得佔用"海外出生，首次護照申請"之預約。

Appointment confirmation, rescheduling, confirmation:

1. Please check your appointment confirmation email after booking. Note: Over delaying your appointment will result appointment cancellation.
2. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment has to be done a day prior to the appointment; it can be done via the Reschedule Appointment or Cancel Appointment button in the confirmation email. 
3. For last minute cancellation or rescheduling, please call 604-689-4111. Any no-show will be saved in our record.
4. Two and more no-shows will be blocked from making any reservation for 6 month.
5. Passport renewal applicants shall not book under "First time passport application." ​

1. 本系統僅提供1個月內之預約。Appointments within the next month are available for booking.

2. 預約如已額滿(額滿時螢幕將顯示"No availability")，請耐心等候下一輪釋放出之可供預約時間。

3. 亦可隨時至本預約系統查看是否有民眾取消後之空缺可供遞補，或利用免預約(walk-in)服務，或改以郵寄申辦。
